How Amidst COVID 19 Outbreak A3logics Stands with Its Employees Strong?

We have walked through half of 2020 and things have only worsened. The outbreak of novel coronavirus has put various countries on lockdown, closed schools around the world, shuttered the government services, turned various places to containment zone, and compelled employers to tell employees to take their laptops home and work remotely overnight.  


This is what the Time calls “the World’s Largest Work from Home Experiment.” But many companies weren’t prepared for this.

A3logics is no exception to this. Although we have been providing remote software development and IT consulting services for over two decades, none of us were prepared to start working from home overnight. The little appreciation in the tough times is playing a great role in the time of the crisis. It is not only encouraging for the employees but boosts their morale to perform better too.

In this tough time, working from home is no more a luxury. With no domestic help for assistance, a lot of employees are playing several roles at once.
